We were surprised and deeply impressed when Margi spontaneously joined in the New Year's Eve Run in Oldenburg after Tony's and Kerstin's wedding. So cool to see her strength!
We also enjoyed meeting the two at Maine in 2014. Because of Kerstin's and Tony's greencard application we couldn't go to PEI, so all Canadians came to us to spend time with the Germans.

Deepest sympathy to all in the loss of Margi and Bob. My parents and Margi's were Mt. Herbert neighbors and friends, and although Margi was a bit older than me, we always had that connection when we met. Thinking of you.

We keep such a wonderful memory of our time on PEI with Bob and Margi. Their generosity and kindness were contagious. We immediately felt at home at the cottage. And getting to follow Margi's and Tony's footsteps during a PEI marathon was a privilege and a pleasure. Bob and Margi gave us the nicest introduction to their marvelous island. We hope to come back to honor them soon.
Our sincere condolences to all of you,

With deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear parents. I became friends with them when we all lived on the Stead Road many years ago. They were amazing neighbours and we maintained a great friendship since then. I will always remember their total devotion to each other. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
