Obituary of Robert Bruce Harvey

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday August 31, 2023 of Robert Bruce Harvey of Stratford, age 85 years. 

Beloved husband of Ferne (Hiscott) Harvey.  Loving father of Tanya Ford (John) and Crystal MacIntyre. Cherished grampie of Matthew Harvey (Christie), Brittany Harvey (Bryce Coady), Noah, Marcus and Lucas Ford; Nicholas, Serena, Alexis and Nate MacIntyre. Great-grampie to Cohen, Connor and Liam Harvey and Harland Coady. Robert will be missed by his siblings Frank Harvey (Nancy), Helen Durnford and Peter Harvey (Sharon). Brother-in-law of Peter Taweel and Mae Harvey. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Doris (Lefurgey) Harvey, his siblings Lowell Harvey and Dianne Taweel and his brother-in-law Gerald Durnford.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 2-5 pm.  A funeral service will be held from Zion Presbyterian Church on Monday at 11 am. Interment will take place later at Sherwood Cemetery.
