Obituary of Wesley Jean Heath

Wesley Heath, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, PEI. Born on November 2, 1968, in Ontario. Wesley was a devoted family man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

 

Wesley is survived by his loving wife, Tracey Gallant, and their two daughters, Rachel Manuel (Nick) and Rebecca Gallant. He was a cherished grandfather “Bunkey” to his three grandchildren, Oliver, Amelia, and Kinsley. Wesley will be missed by his sister, Emma Nosotti (Chris), and was predeceased by his parents, Len and Sylvia (MacDonald) Heath.

 

A passionate sports enthusiast, Wesley was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan and had a deep love for Nascar. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, and had a keen interest in old cars. Wesley's warm presence and zest for life will be fondly remembered by his family and friends.

 

As we celebrate Wesley's life, let us remember the love, laughter, and joy he brought to all those who were fortunate enough to know him. May his memory live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.

 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford from where a Celebration of Life service will be held in the funeral chapel on Thursday, June 22 at 2 pm. No visitation will be held.
