Obituary of Michael Joseph Flynn

At home on Sunday, April 16, 2023, the death occurred of Michael J. Flynn, of Iona, age 75 years.  

Michael will be missed by his brothers and sisters; Caroline Doyle, Aurelie Merullo, Pauline McGill (Bill), Clifford Flynn and by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Predeceased by his parents Michael and Catherine (O’Brien) Flynn; his siblings – Joseph, Brian, Patrick, Barry, Mary Rafuse (Frank), Bernard and his brothers-in-law Leo Doyle and Tony Merullo. 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 4-6 p.m.  A funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Michael's Church, Iona on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.  

Interment will take place at St. Michael’s Parish Cemetery, Iona.
