Noel was a good life long friend of our father (Allan Robbins). My brother and I were very sad to hear of his passing. I took this photo in the summer of 2021 as I didn't have many photos of dad with his friends. I'm sure they're together playing catch up right about now. Hang in there, you're in our thoughts.
