I am thinking of you all at this sad & difficult time. There are no words to make your pain or sadness better. Just know that you are all in the thoughts of so many people who would love to lessen your load. Just meeting Lornie once is was interesting as his smile made me feel like we knew each other for years . I suppose in a way we did know each other because Karen was my friend from the first day of Grade 4 onward. As Karen would talk about the love of her life I got to know Lornie fairly well. Lornie will be missed greatly. What an incrediable legacy in his children & his beautiful & awesome Granddaughter. But, what a gift Lornie has given to those people that received his organs & tissues.
