Our deepest condolences to Eileen, Florence and Rita. Lil was a very special aunt who had a heart of gold. I have many fond childhood memories of Lil. Vicky, Ella and I loved the times we shared with her when we visited each summer. We NEVER left for Ontario without a care package from her (especially ginger cookies and biscuits)! We will miss her and all the laughs we shared. May she rest in peace. Paul, Vicky and Ella Koughan

Deepest sympathies to the wonderful Koughan Family. Lillian was a true steward of our little apartment building at 19 Hemlock Court and she will be greatly missed. When I was moving in she cleared the stairwell and hallway to my apartment to ease in the lifting and lugging of my boxes and furniture to my new second floor apartment. She remembered my birthday each year with a baked good and card and I will never forget her fussing when I would get out and shovel out the doorways in the winter. Prayers of strength to her family and courage knowing she is no longer in pain. Much love neighbour Dawn

Sad to hear of Lillian's passing. She was a kind, generous wonderful lady. I remember her taking me into the kitchen at the Farmer's home and giving me milk and cookies. Was a wonderful friend to my mother Margaret in later years. She possessed a beautiful soul. My condolences to her family at this time.

I was so sad to hear about the passing of Lillian. She was a special person and always a mainstay when I went to visit my grandparents (Dorothea and Alban Farmer). As a kid, it was a special treat for me when she would take me with her to visit her home. Lillian held a special place in all my heart. Our prayers and sympathies to the family. Lil was such a great lady! Memories of her as a kid when we visited the Island! Came to know her better as I continued the tradition of traveling to the Island with my boy!
