Obituary of Ernest Ambrose Mutch

Peacefully at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, May 6, 2021 the death occurred of Ernest Ambrose “Ernie” Mutch of Hazelbrook, age 88 years.  

 

Beloved husband and best friend of 67 years to Marion (Moore). Loving father of Ernest Jr., Lorraine Mutch, Robert Daniel, Kristin Mutch (Lenny Hollingsworth) and Tonya Mutch (Geoff Nicol). Cherished grandfather of Dylan and Lara Hollingsworth. Ernie will be missed by his siblings Donald, George, Dorothy and Erma Jean and also missed by furry friend Monty. Predeceased by his parents J. Robert and Helen (Mallett) Mutch and his brother Lloyd.

 

Ernest was such an amazing man with big energy, great love and a keen sense of social justice. His energy will remain around us, inspiring us all.

 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford.  Due to current restrictions, a private family funeral service will be held. No public visiting hours will be held.
