Peacefully at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge on Friday, September 18, 2020, the death occurred of Hannah Francis "Nan" Ross, formerly of Roseberry, age 89 years. Loving mother of Brenda Cobb and Gloria Shaw (Neil). Cherished grandmother of Earl (Kelly), Phillip (Alesha), Owen, Blair (Amanda), Graham (Melissa), Martin and Natalie Massey (Monty). Great-grandmother of Billy, Ben, Hannah, Xavier, Atticus, Nolan, Ryder, Payton, Alayna, Chloe and Janaya. Great great-grandmother of Marcus and George. Sister-in-law of Linda White. Predeceased by her husband Donald Ross, her son-in-law Ray Cobb and siblings Stanley (Isabel), Robert White, Oren (Cecile), Buddy, Annie Buell (Herman), Hazel Moore (Clarence), Lillian MacLeod (Simon), Lester (Mary) and Amelia in infancy. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions a private family funeral service will be held. Interment will take place at the Belfast Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon.
