Obituary of Pansy Irene Webster
On Thursday, April 23, 2020 surrounded by her treasured family, Pansy Irene Webster (Rayner) of Covehead, peacefully went home to Jesus. Pansy was born March 7, 1941 in Greenmount. She is lovingly remembered by her children Brenda Boyle (Allan Meston), LiliAnne (Gary Briand), Carolyn MacKinnon (Doug), Robert, Travis (Joleen) and her daughter-in-law Bernie Lawrence. Predeceased by her children’s father Albert Webster. She is known as Nanny to her grandchildren Amanda Fall (James), Ashley Boyle (Rob), Sarah-Lynn Boyle (Jason), Laura Boyle (Alex) , Lydia Banks (Vuk), Micah Banks, Josiah Banks, Adam MacKinnon (Laura), Jacquelyn Foreman (Ben), Samantha Gallant (Greg), Brodi MacInnis (Karen), Emma-Jane Webster Lawrence, Kelsey Murray, Katelyn Murray, Joe Murray, Jeremy Webster, Stephanie Webster, Cassidy Webster (Jesse), Benjamin Webster, Chloe Stewart and Jordan Stewart. Pansy was also a proud great-grandmother to 12 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Lois Carew, Willard Rayner, Archie Rayner, Norma Cairns (Wyman), Everett Raynor (Bernie), Sandra Davis (Jim), Tommy Rayner (Debbie), Glenn Rayner (Maureen), Bea (Dave) Roberts and Erma MacInnis. Pansy was also a beloved aunt and honorary grandmother to several generations of nieces, nephews and many others. Predeceased by her parents George & Lillian Rayner, her son-in-law Kelvin Boyle, her sister Shirley McCue, her great grandson Jensen Gallant, in-laws John Carew, Faye Rayner, Beverly Rayner, Betty Rayner, David MacInnis. Pansy was an active and valued member of Sherwood Christian Church. She volunteered and faithfully supported Canoe Cove Christian Camp and Maritime Christian College. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. No visitation due to Covid 19. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Interment later in Crossroads Christian Church Cemetery. A special thank you to all for your love and prayers, especially the Home Care nurses who took such wonderful care of her.
