Obituary of Melvin Heber Johnstone

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Garden Home on Thursday, March 26, 2020 of Melvin Heber Johnstone of Southport and formerly of Cardigan, age 81 years. Beloved husband of Arlene (Murphy) Johnstone. Survived by his loving children Karen Johnstone (Jason Clinton), Robert (Bonnie Sheehan) and Gary Johnstone. Grandfather of Kayla, Jenna, Kyla, Michael, Georgia and Gerrica. Brother of Preston and Keir Johnstone and Valerie Martell. Brother-in-law of Lucy Johnstone. Predeceased by his parents Heber and Francis (Stewart) and brothers Chester, Wellington, Glen and Junior. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Visitation and funeral mass times will be announced later. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
