Obituary of Lucy Isabel LeClair

Passed peacefully surrounded by family Monday, November 23, 2015 at Prince Edward Home of Lucy LeClair of Charlottetown, age 92 years. Beloved wife of Leonard LeClair, loving mother of Karen Lavoie (Andre), Paula Dorsey (David), Shawn LeClair, Frances Lavoie (Paul), Lorne LeClair (Doreen), Norman LeClair (Cathy), Jeannine McQuaid (Eddie) and son-in-law Daryl Harding. Lucy will be lovingly remembered by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, siblings Regina Doucette, St. Clair Gallant and Eleanor Pineau. She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Catherine Gallant, daughter Julie Harding, granddaughter, Colette Lavoie, brothers - Earl Gallant and Leroy Gallant; sisters-in-law - Eileen Gallant and Marie Gallant. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 4 - 7 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, November 27, 2015 at The Church of the Most Holy Redeemer at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Stella Maris Cemetery, North Rustico. The CWL will hold a prayer service prior to visiting hours at 3:45 PM. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Prince Edward Home Recreation and Activities department would be appreciated.
