Obituary of Jack Tarr

With his daughter by his side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, December 15, 2024 the death occurred peacefully of John 'Jack' Rodney Tarr of Charlottetown, age 93 years. 

Loving father of Grant Tarr (Donna) and Janice Giggey (Jeff). Remembered with love by his grandchildren Danielle Pellerin (Kyle); Jenna (David), Kendra (Gordie) and Kenzie (Erin) Tarr; great-grandchildren Brynlee and Ramsey Dunlop, Lyla Pellerin and Mia Skinner. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Annie (Dickson) Tarr, his beloved wife Marion Ann (MacLean), daughter Joanne Pellerin (Blair), grandson Jacques Pellerin and by his sister Margie (Raymond) Fawcett.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 10:30 am. No visitation by personal request.

Interment will take place at Peters Road Cemetery.
