I have fond memories of Hilda and Bill, during my childhood our family would go out to their place in Tea Hill and we would spend the afternoon cross country skiing. Often Hilda would join us and show us the trails . I remember many evenings with the youth group gathered out at their place, and the wonderful snacks she would prepare. I loved when Hilda and Carole Lewis would play the piano and organ together at the chapel. It was a concert every sunday! Their fun and loving presence down at camp will never be forgotten as they teased, joked and pulled pranks on us! I look forward to seeing them again when we are all joined together in our eternal home. May God comfort you all with His peace and love.

Our sincere condolences to the family of Hilda Sterns.My parents were great friends of her and Bill as they just lived up the road from them on Tea Hill. Our families mingled many times to participate in various activities both summer and winter and my sister and I attended school with their children. I am sure that with every person she touched, a memory was made, never to be forgotten. Kimberley Gillis and Martin Warren (fiance).

Hilda's welcoming smile was always present as I remember her when I visited the Chapel while home on PEI. Also I remember her contribution at the piano. What wonderful memories you have, all the children and grandchildren! Receive my sincere sympathies. How precious to know she is with the Lord which is far better.

In the early 80's Hilda would come over to my place in Kinlock and watch my children while I went to an evening Bible study. She would also often drive us to the ladies group. She was always willing to serve. My sincere condolences to the entire family
