Obituary of Ken MacDonald

Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, August 18, 2024 the death occurred of James Kenneth “Ken” MacDonald of Charlottetown, age 98 years. Veteran of WWII.

Father of Kenneth (Pierette), Gordon (Hazel), Mae Pederson (Jack), June Szaflick (Stan, deceased), Brian, Dan (Glenda), Kim Downey (Gerry) and Bev McDougall (Jeff). Kenneth is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents George Alfred and Mary (Cullen) MacDonald, his sisters Adele, Marjorie, Delores and brothers Joseph, Desmond, Gordon and Harvey.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  By request, no visiting hours or funeral service will be held.

Interment will take place later at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
