Obituary of Danny Gallant

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Daniel James Gallant of Charlottetown on Sunday, February 25, 2024, age 65 years.

Beloved husband of 22 years to Kathy O’Keefe (McIntosh). Loving step-father of Angela Rose (Steven) and Josh O’Keefe (Jessica). Cherished grandfather of Aidan, Carson, Cooper Rose; Jaxson, Brody, and Charley O’Keefe. Daniel will be greatly missed by sisters Donna Trainor (Eddie) and Darlene Peters (Kenny) and by his brother-in-law Keith Lowery. Son-in-law of Frankie McIntosh and brother-in-law of Frank McIntosh (Sherry), Jeannette White (Francis), Gerarda Germain (Sheldon) and Louis Victor (Lorna). Fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary Gallant (McInnis); brothers Joey (June) and Ronnie; sisters Joni Gallant and Carlie Morrison; mother-in-law Anna McIntosh; sister-in-law Bernadette Victor and nephew Jordan White.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 10:30 am from St. Joachim’s Church, Vernon River. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 5-7 pm.
