Obituary of Helen Maureen Nicholson

Sadly we announce the sudden passing of Helen Maureen Nicholson (Pierce) of Charlottetown at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at the age of 81 years.  

Loving mother of Kathy Stevenson (Derek) and Andrew Nicholson. Grandmother of Garrett and Spencer Stevenson; Ella and Carter Nicholson.  Recently predeceased by her husband Willard Nicholson in March and by her parents Guy and Bertha (Lord) Pierce. 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 4-6 pm, followed by a brief memorial service and an Order of Eastern Star Remembrance Service at 615 pm in the funeral home chapel. Everyone is welcome to attend. 

Helen and her husband Willard will be interred together at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley at a public graveside service on Friday at 11 am.
